Confidentiality and Clinical Clients
The Center respects the client’s need and right to receive therapy in a confidential setting. As such, the Center recognizes the standards of the field and follows the protocol as established by the NJ Board of Licensing Examiners, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (i.e. HIPAA), and the American Psychological Association.

Confidentiality in Legal Cases
The Center respects and is sensitive to the unique needs of clients involved in the legal process. Thus, the Center follows relevant guidelines as promulgated by the NJ Board Of Licensing Examiners, the New Jersey Psychological Association, the American Psychological Association and Court Orders (if present).
